About Us

Quiet Cup Press, LLC is a registered independent publishing imprint and creative studio based in Tennessee. It began at my kitchen table, coffee cooling, candle burning, dogs underfoot. I wanted a quiet place to share the work that has carried me: memory, reflection, small rituals that make hard seasons bearable. This imprint is where I put that work into the world: books, journals, and little things that invite you to slow down and listen to your own story.

About Rowena

I’ve spent a lifetime learning how to turn pain into poetry, silence into meaning, and reflection into art. As a former therapist, lifelong seeker, and believer in the magic of small rituals, I write for those who are learning to remember themselves, one breath, one story, one quiet cup at a time.

Every Item is part of a larger ecosystem of storytelling, ritual, and reflection, all created to remind you to slow down and listen to your own unfolding story.

You will find me most often here, behind a mug of coffee, on my back porch with my two dogs, or at my writing desk surrounded by candlelight and journals or my laptop. Quiet Cup Press is based in the U.S., but readers can reach me anytime through the Contact page or follow along in the Journal section for new reflections.

Rowena is a writer, former therapist, and a lifelong seeker of meaning in both the seen and unseen. Her work blends memoir, reflection, and intuitive symbolism to explore the ways we heal and remember ourselves. The Seeker's Lessons is her debut book and the foundation of Quiet Cup Press.

All Quiet Cup Press books, journals, and whatever else I come up with in the future, can be purchased above in the Bookshop tab. Print editions are also available through Amazon and IngramSpark distribution channels for those who prefer familiar retailers.
